Here is the baby template being used in the form of an action.
Just crop your photo to 4 ” x 4″ and then run the action and it will create the layers and colorize the image.

I am new to photoshop and am trying to use your quadColor template and unable to get it to work. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I cropped the photo but when I try to hit play on the action bar it won’t let me.
Any advice?

It could be a couple things, the first that comes to mind may be the photoshop version, I did this in CS4 so it may not work in previous versions. The other would be if the crop tool is still in an active state.
